This week's big fiscal Q.:
Who do you believe, Rachel Reeves or Jeremy Hunt?
On one level it doesn't matter because in the end the finances are what the finances are... but someone (my money is on Hunt) has been, as they say, economical with the truth about what was know & what was not before the election.
At least currently Reeves looks ahead of Hunt on trust & integrity, but the budget may blow that out of the water leaving us back with 'a plague on both their houses'!
