I've been noticing that a lot of folks in my circle have been sick lately. I feel like I've been more sick in the last 6 months than since before 2020.

Anyway, sure enough, the local #COVID in the waste water shows that it is circulating at high rates again. [1]

I've largely given up trying to proactively fight this thing, but if I noticed an elevated heart rate or fever, I'll mask up / stay home for the benefit of others.
