Everyone is reporting this as if he's getting a cheque in the mail tomorrow. They haven't "approved" it. That would mean the matter was closed. They have approved OF it, maybe, voted FOR it, but their vote has no legal authority as that article itself makes clear. It's a very misleading headline.
