I just watched https://x.com/AkkadSecretary video on Bitcoin and El Salvador. He left some remarks about the concerning state of exception in there. That there are no civil rights in that country. Take that as you will.
The real punchline is that while returning to the UK he got apprehended under the suspicion of terrorism and required to surrender his electronic devices and passwords with pretty much no say in the matter.
