Just finished watching Troy - Fall of a City.
Poor people had just as weak leadership as we have today.
In the end this led to the suffering of the masses and the downfall of the entire city.
Helen was an absolute curse but was protected at all costs.
And then she pretty much betrayed them, like todays politicians prioritize their (master's) narcisistic agendas, at the expense of the common good.
Not all that glitters is gold.
