Back in 2006 I reported a bug in Lightroom. I got an answer immediately, and the bug was fixed a couple of months later.
Then in 2012 I found another bug. It was deemed not a bug but fixed two years later regardless.
Because Adobe subscription bullsh*t really doesn't sit well with me, I switched to Capture One in 2017. Found a bug there, reported it, and it hasn't been fixed to this day.
Yesterday I reported a bug in #darktable. It was fixed 4 hours later. ❤️❤️❤️
