Once it gets significantly large enough, like around 1m per coin or so, it'll cease to have any relevance to fiat.
I think if it gets that high you won't have people cashing out at all, because if it gets that high it means complete fiat collapse anyway.
At which point the bitcoin rein will have truly started and anything of note that will emerge to replace it won't stand a chance
