If you have a brain, you should use it 🧠

12 Questions the Pope never answered👇👇👇 💥💥💥💥💥 Pope Francis speaks more and more about global warming, he even posted about it on the Vatican website. Nobody dared to contradict him, and the world even rejoiced. In 2015, Dr. Klaus Kaiser, a German-Canadian chemist, dared to ask him some common sense questions in an open letter. The 12 perfectly logical question-statements to which the pope did not respond:

"1️⃣ Carbon dioxide is the basis of life on Earth. Without CO² in the atmosphere, plants, animals, man, would not exist on Earth. Agree?

2️⃣For most of its 4.5 billion-year history, Earth's atmosphere contained higher levels of CO² than today. Agree?

3️⃣The photosynthesis process converted atmospheric CO², then abundant, into organic matter, with a proportional reduction of CO² emissions from the atmosphere. Agree?

4️⃣All the amount of oxygen in the terrestrial atmosphere was obtained from CO² through the photosynthesis process. Agree?

5️⃣Oceans and fresh waters are alkaline. The same photosynthesis process that converts CO² into organic matter also increases the alkalinity of neutral or acidic waters. Agree?

6️⃣About 20,000 years ago, parts of Northern America and Eurasia were covered by large ice shields several kilometers thick. These shields completely melted 5,000 years ago without any human influence. Agree?

7️⃣Atmospheric levels of CO² barely changed during the 15,000 years until the shields melted; it remained around 250 parts per million for most of the period. Agree?

8️⃣Terrestrial plants and ocean algae consume the carbon dioxide resulting from the use of fossil resources with the same force that this gas is emitted by volcanoes. Therefore, is it incorrect to say that sustaining life with CO² means pollution? Agree?

9️⃣Coal, undoubtedly one of the main sources of anthropogenic CO², supplies a large percentage of the world's electricity needs. Together, India and China consume more than half of coal production and have said they will not reduce this coal power generation expansion. This includes building about one new coal-fired power plant every week. Many countries in Africa and elsewhere should follow their example and expand the use of fossil resources. Agree?

1️⃣0️⃣Even an overwhelming majority of identical opinions does NOT establish a scientific fact. Italian astronomer Galileo was recently exonerated by the Vatican, about 400 years after being declared a heretic for his scientific view of the heliocentric system. Similarly, Einstein observed that "One (scientific fact) would have been enough" to refute his theory. It's clear then that the term "consensus" has no meaning in the world of science. Agree?

1️⃣1️⃣If the answers to the above questions are affirmative, we should ask whether these recognized scientific truths correspond to the contrary statements of the ENC (Papal Encyclical). For example, the ENC speaks about "carbon dioxide pollution". In fact, CO² is not a pollutant, but a vital gas in the atmosphere. The atmosphere is not being "polluted". Agree?

1️⃣2️⃣Your appointment as a member of the Pontifical Academy of Sciences is a recognition of you as a scientist with renowned international moral personality. In my humble opinion, the appointment to the PAS implies a duty to faith, the Holy See, the Academy, the world in general, and, not least, to your conscience as an independent researcher in your own professional field. Agree? In conclusion, I ask you to publicly and clearly express your opinion, whether or not you agree with the scientific opinions on CO² emissions expressed in the ENC. People without flame and energy depend on your wisdom."
