#WritersCoffeeClub: Which conjunctions do you use the most? Does it matter?
Probably “and” and “but” are my most popular conjunctions to grab. It depends. A “but” in a sentence is a bit like being a passenger in a car and the driver stabbing on the breaks a little too hard. Too many too frequently is going to make for an uncomfortable drive. Equally, too much butting is going to make uncomfortable reading.
