Firms wishing to sell food in UK will need to employ vets & other inspectors, fill in & approve paperwork, then hope the UK government's computer system works and that their lorries aren't pulled over for inspection.
Expect a right royal Tory f#ck-up, the likes of which will make Fujitsu Horizon & Dido Harding inc look expert. NOBODY runs nationally strategic critical systems without exhaustive regional trial.
