Lots of Tesla and #EV drama on the Mastodon machine this morning so I'm going to share my thoughts.
Tesla and Musk have always been terrible.
His politics have not changed. He's been a racist oligarch for years and is just a little more open about it now.
Teslas and EVs are an improvement, but they are no substitute for actual changes to how our infrastructure is setup.
Mass transit + density is the only real sustainable future and Musk has fought those things for years.
