I'm feeling vulnerable today. Since I was a kid, I've had to purge my sadness, anger and fear about this racist situation I can't escape by crying it out hard. It used to overwhelm me once a quarter, but with age, it happens less often. It's happening today, so I'm off to work out and cry more. Have a good one.
