Dem. congressman Mike Quigley says there's a Plan B to fund Ukraine, if Republicans impede funding.
I know many are upset that funding is frozen currently, but I have optimism. I think Europe is going to end up spending more, giving Ukr. more equipment, that Japan & S. Korea will step up their game, that Russia's frozen funds will be spent on Ukraine faster, and that eventually, Biden will get the funding he wanted, plus some.
More $$ overall, but delayed.
Meanwhile, shells are still arriving.
