I'm trying it for the first time this year, but jackspirko (npub1587…kv0n) swears by it on his podcast.
He described his method on a recent episode as: One pill in each cell of his six-packs when starting seeds, or three if he's using something like solo cup-sized. Three weeks later he puts one more in the soil next to the plant. He then throws three more in the hole when he transplants.
He said he still gets blight, but the plants survive. He thinks the soil in that area is improving every year because of it.
