That is exactly why we build the Self-custodial wallet Alby Hub, it's been launched recently, and as all new products, we expected an increase in support requests. I have not received Peter's case yet to our support@getalby.com email (for privacy we prefer to resolve the cases privately).
Our new self-custodial wallet can be mounted in our Alby Cloud and get a subscription from us. Or you can mount it by yourself in various devices since it is all open source. We even build the guides for you to setup and self-host your Alby Hub self-custodial wallet.
