gah, I was fighting for 15 minutes with #Outlook not wanting to print a message to pdf because of Sensitivity flags.
turns out you only can save it as a PDF if you open the mail in Office 365 (their webmail client) and then export it to pdf.
why is this not part of the desktop client?
