Also found an amazing Narazuke pickle shop that warns you not to eat their pickles until 4 or 5 days after you slice and wash them because they're so strong, pickled for 4+ years.
Of course i tasted it immediately because science and yeah way too strong.
I wonder if Aussie Customs would let them thru...
