It's really difficult to keep everyone straight when there are a dozen or more (looking at you, GRRM).\n\nI have multiple POVs in my stories, but it progresses slowly. I start with two (Jaslan \u0026 Jack, or Emery \u0026 Vince), and add more as I go. And, with the exception of one character, all of them are known as SC's *before* they're a POV character.",
