It's been years since doing any c/c++... Would the solution be to evaluate the random values into local variables prior to the call to make the execution order explicit?
Secondly, would there need to be keywords for those local variables to indicate that they should not be optimized away?
Genuinely curious,
This could wreck predictable repeatable procgen in some cases i'm sure.
