Then when time and inclination combine (if they do) you could just take a look at the list. I haven't gotten to that point here, but I used a similar technique on a similar social media site that shall remain nameless. I believe recent changes to the Mastodon code makes this more practical -- you can create lists of accounts you don't follow.
