Well, it depends on whether the *forecasts* are this low.

Grids with high levels of intermittents do see wilder differences between high and low power costs (offset by how cheap wind and solar are to build, so you can overbuild and/or pay for storage or peaking). In very-high renewables scenarios, we can thus expect extremely cheap excess power to be available for most of the year, due to the overbuilding to make up for the low points.

Creates interesting possibilities for it.
