Earlier today I needed to pay AviBurra (npub1hqa…t56s) for a medieval dinner we had in Prague…
I didn’t have to use Venmo or Paypal (or even ask him for a Lightning invoice) — I just went to his profile on nostr and zapped him #bitcoin
I have an easy way to pay friends anywhere in the world (without dozens of intermediaries taking a cut) and he gets the hardest form of money ever discovered sent directly to him at the speed of light.
