You would be hard pressed to find any family that doesn’t have some history of mental illness somewhere.
It’s become very clear to me that most mental illness is a downstream effect of industrial fake foods and pharmaceuticals.
Birth control in particular has ruthlessly fucked up women of the modern world and SSRI’s really imo compound problems as well. Problems that are usually the result of eating sugar, seed oils, carbohydrates, plants. It’s the food much more than anything else.
