What the government tries to do doesn’t matter because they’ll try to do anything to stop bitcoin no matter what. If bitcoin fails because of that, it deserves to fail. Bitcoin was designed to resist for a reason.
Better arguments are against his actual core thesis (which in my opinion doesn’t really make a lot of sense)
