very true, but if there is a any indication of any clustering then perhaps our education system needs to be asked (not told) to help enable vote ID authority certificate or whatever they're called to be given to every Sixth former, and explain how to register to vote. Many, many moons ago, I was taught at school both how to vote, how to register and how to write a cheque (& pay one in). Part of civics or as it was then RE.
