Fedi friends, I convinced a local museum to join Mastodon (over the other billionaire-owned platforms) and they did.

However, they are now second-guessing this decision due to a serious lack of engagement here. (It's tough when they see other small museums acquire thousands of followers on Threads in half the time.)
