It's definitely not deconstructionist. Deconstruction is figuring out what the definitions of a social contract are and examining what those definitions mean. "No debate" says don't look at my definitions and don't disagree with me about what they mean.
I agree it's not exclusively down to POMO. POMO opened a door tho.
