I don't know how other people feel about little slice-of-life stuff on social media, but I do like them - "I had good coffee this morning, I fixed up the rosebushes, I saw a moth" - because A) it's a substitute for social interaction and B) it's just nice. it's pleasant. it's what I would hope everyone has the chance to have: a warm drink in the morning, some flowers, interaction with nature, safety, a home.
