Workbench, not sure if there is much to say beyond "this is what's new" - I'm not sure how interesting that is versus playing with it. We had a Workbench workshop at GUADEC last year, it was super nice though. "Learn GTK"
Blueprint - I can talk about why I think that's the way forward for GTK/GNOME development and how to "upstream" it.
