I'm very accustomed to thinking about the Trump administration as being on the wrong side of history about everything.
So it was a complete moment of cognitive dissonance to watch this Frontline episode, and realize that at least as far as Maduro and Venezuela are concerned, they were doing good work here. Work that ultimately got completely unraveled by the Biden administration.
Some innocent people were freed, that's good, but what a bitter pill.
