I made a demo video of the eCash wallet + mint + Stable Channel approach to offer BTC-backed USD eCash tokens.
There's a lot going on. I cover the moving pieces, how it looks for users, and some of the pros and cons of eCash. The mint write Stable Channels settlement events to nostr.
