As a young guy I didn't really appreciate how many bad things/habits that happen to you are sort of a cummulative wear&tear on your system. It mostly gets repaired, but the regen capability fades away over time and some parts of us are "one time consumables". It sucks.
This a note to myself more than to anyone else. 🤷🏻
