"content": "Thanks for checking. Mum and Dad’s phone are both 3G/4G, and bought in Australia from either Officeworks or The Good Guys. We’re now suspecting a network issue, or a signal issue. (Done the usual IT checks, started with turning everything off and turning it back on again 🤣)",
