Question @LynAlden: is policy to achieve a weaker dollar to incentivize reindustrialization always going to be at odds with policy to increase demand for USTs so that rates stay low?
I feel like the Triffin perma-bid on USTs will always keep rates marginally lower, but if you eliminate it to reshore manufacturing, you now have higher rates. True dilemma or nah?
