That's how income tax was suppose to work when it was implemented.
It was a voluntary tax that Americans paid our of pride and duty to support war efforts ( or something like that ) but slowly over time they manipulated and convinced everyone it was mandatory and we all fell for it,
They set a precedence and now they have a private army they send out to collect their "protection money" so to speak and unlawfully jail you.
Just a big old racket is what it is.
