Relay operators.
As you know unless you Auth someone (NIP-42) you probably understand that anyone can take any event and try to publish it on any relay. They don’t need to be the owner of the public key.
I say this obvious thing because I am getting DMs about notes being pushed to relays I’ve never even heard of.
Either these DMs are scams or (at this point) spam.
Can we just discard non-authorized events?
