I recall a podcast about a woman who used the keto diet to control her seizures.
It was hosted by some keto zealot.
Only had her on the call because she dropped a significant amount of weight in the process.
Not because of her success cobtrolling her seizures.
If I recall, there is a study that conducted tests on kids with seizures, by severely limiting their carbs, they reduced / eliminated seizures.
