Is hyperextension a problem for you?
I found I broke myself pinning stuff together for machine sewing 😅 embroidery could be interesting- I'm hoping I can do it though
I can knit, but I have had to adjust how; I hold my left arm & hand still & move my whole right arm to move the needle & yarn so that I don't have to bend my wrists or flex my fingers. As a result, If I don't do that, I also get pains really quickly. Luckily hyperextension isn't an issue for me, on top of that
