Since it doesn't require a criminal conviction, it sounds like the top election official for each state makes the initial decision and then of course it will go to the U.S. Supreme Court who will have the final say. So yes, sadly - I guess it will come down to the Supreme Court justices and most likely to the three justices Trump was allowed to appoint. Still I have some hope as judges don't always vote in the ways their appointers would wish. 🤷♂️
