if you put all your "wet" rooms (kitchen, bathroom) on the same side of the house and your dry rooms on the other, you will have a much simpler job of getting the water in and out. i also suggest splitting the grey water (sink and bathtubs/showers) from the black water (toilets). you can run the grey water into your yard/garden for free irrigation.
