Initially I struggled to kick the habit of scrolling on #X because I was still programmed to need the algorithm-driven dopamine hit. It took a month or so but after using #nostr more and more, I rarely feel any desire to look on #twitter or another social media platform. I feel less angry, more hopeful and more like I’ve connected with real people.
