"content": "No ramen today. Instead, Ethiopian doro wat and bean salad from Safari in Akasaka. I ordered extra spicy as always and it will make you sweat. This place is amazing if you’re looking for a change. Doro wat is chicken stewed with onions and butter (niter kibbeh) and a ton of amazing Ethiopian spices (berbere) for a unique flavor. The bean salad is mainly lentils and onions with a light vinegar dressing.
