I had my freeze dried steak!
I’m going to do a full write up this week with recommendations and how it could be improved, but for now I’d say if you love a good steak and like to prepare for if freezers aren’t a reliable option—it’s worthwhile to put a few slabs away and rotate them on a cycle.
