Further, he's talking specifically about losing advertisers. Generally (with some exceptions) anti-trust laws apply to direct competitors or monopolies. He could certainly try to make an anti-trust case, but the laws simply are not tailored for that, and they aren't generally meant for things that would more immediately fall under tortious interference and defamation
