Britain is actively “doing a Post Office” on trans people right now. “Doing a Post Office” is an expression that shouldn’t need explanation. Everyone knows it was the biggest miscarriage of justice in British history and you’ve no doubt wondered how it could have gone on unjustly for so long with such impunity. If only we’d all known sooner eh? Well the attack on trans rights has been going on for eight years — almost as long. And people will eventually wring their hands over this too.
