Yup. This is the Bitcoin incrowd. Which is great for people on the inside and adjacent but not good for attracting everyone else. If blockchain, Bitcoin, nfts, ordinals, etc are not the majority of your day-to-day IRL or online social life, job, or hobby, then do you care enough about Nostr to join? As a semi-informed and new user of Nostr I cant see a sizable population of outcrowd joining here.
But I am hopeful things change!
