So if there's PC -> Switch -> Router, the pings are long all the way, to switch and to router. But not to server. Similarly, if I connect PC directly to router, bypassing the switch, the pings to switch and server are good.
And then whole Plasma and Cinnamon start lagging and become unresponsive.
