I had a conversation with an older man over the summer as we were waiting in a really long line, and we touched on this - where we live, public transportation is a joke, and he'd always driven everywhere and voted against anything else. But he couldn't drive anymore, and when I pointed out that public transport was better here 100 years ago than it is now, he was like 😳
