One.
I do not rewrite.
Having said that, I do several editing runs and tweak things. I just don't do more than one draft.
There is one exception - I did rewrite one novel out of over 20 that I have written. And that one isn't published.
Look up Dean Wesley Smith on how this works. He can put it so much better than me.
