For many women, a miscarriage is a deeply traumatic event, filled with overwhelming sadness, and often an irrational but terribly painful sense of guilt. Subjecting a grieving woman to a criminal investigation for murder at that vulnerable moment would be an act of unfathomable cruelty.
Words can scarcely describe the sickening barbarity of the Republican Party. This is why my blood boils when I hear people say "I'm not going to vote, it doesn't matter to me which party wins."
